Reviewing stresses on bolts and providing insights and recommendations.
When are engineering clients are upgrading equipment with increased loads, we can assist with analysis of the new load conditions for safety and evaluation of stresses. We were recently asked to perform calculations on rotor stands of industrial equipment. In our mechanical engineering work we analyzed for tipping loads, shear stresses
and bending moments.
We made recommendations for reinforcing angle irons, bolts and other componentry based on the new loading conditions.

Engineering calculations based on load conditions and geometry.
We produced drawings of new support features for the rotor stands as well as calculations for anchor bolts.
Our findings were delivered in an engineering report to support our client’s new use case and load conditions in their factory.
If you need help with analyzing new load conditions on your material handling or industrial equipment, we will provide the engineering analysis to help you be maintain safety and performance.
