We get to have some of the fun toys in our engineering work. Thought I would share about one piece of hardcore equipment.

We can do some pretty sophisticated engineering analyses, and much of it would not be reasonable to do or cost-effective without our special computers.

One of my favorite investments in Meadows Analysis is the Hardcore PC we use to run long, hard algorithms. Often times it runs overnight on complex problems from stress analysis to heat transfer problems.

This computer takes engineering jobs that once lasted 19 hours and runs them in an hour and a half. We run our FEA and CFD programs on this system.

It runs so hot that it is cooled by oil immersion and a radiator system. It is custom made for us and is a workhorse.

If you are around Fort Worth sometime, let me know and I can show you this awesome setup.
